Agile Force announced today that NRI Distribution will be implementing remote engagement technology at all their locations in the US and Canada. NRI’s success and expansion has led to a challenge; How to scale while providing quality and timely employee support.

“As NRI grows and evolves our business we need to innovate with technology. Previously, our administrative team was challenged by employee servicing needs across multiple shifts. Employees are our most important asset and we must provide them with the support they need when they need it. With Agile Force’s remote technologies, we can provide the optimal level of support while controlling our costs”, says Peter McKenna, CEO of NRI.

Michael Walsh, CEO of Agile Force, commented, “companies like NRI can use our technology to provide remote engagement to their employees at any location in the world, including personal assistance, candidate onboarding, shift management, and inventory distribution without onsite personnel.” Dean Stainton, Direct of HR for NRI, indicated, “Changing the way we look at hands-on management is making us more capable. For us it’s not about doing more with less as much as it is about being able to utilize our best resources. The human capital savings is a great perk but there’s also an opportunity for our best representatives to prove they’re capable of managing a region versus a single location. We’re engaging our employees, creating opportunity for our administrative teams, and saving money. It’s a win-win for us.”

NRI is a 3PL with a consultative approach – providing scalable, variable-cost solutions to aspirational lifestyle brands across all channels of e-commerce, wholesale, retail and reverse logistics with over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of combined warehouse space in Canada and Southern California.
